Hello. When the march deals were going on I was absolutely hoping for a character slot expansion on the list. When the deals were over, I and alot of other people were disappointed. But then a week later it went up on the gem store completely unnanouced in advance. I bought gems before hand. I was hoping I could get a refund in gems in the difference if that’d be possible… I don’t mind my 10$ being kept. But if I could get the difference in gems, that would be amazing. I see posts all the time where they get refunds because of the timing on sales. I even got one once. I’m just a bit concerned because support has literally been not supporting me lately and has been a humongous concern of mine as to whether or not they care about my tickets. Any help would be appreciated.

No one on here can do anything, open a support ticket.

If your ticket has been untouched for 3 days, there is a sticky about what to do.

As DavidSev said, you will need to contact support. I gather from previous posts that there is a cutoff time for allowing these types of refunds and if memory serves me, it’s not a very long period of time. So whether or not you get a refund will depend on if you meet the requirements.
