Wow thank you so much. I had an similar issue happen to me and while I could still log into the game and site, I lost my authenticator so I couldn’t unlink it. I was about to summit a ticket or called support then I saw this! Thank you

Thank you for advise, but when I enter required info, only password reset button is active. The button with text: DISABLE LINKED AUTHENTICATION is white (inactive) and can’t be clicked.
Any suggestions?..
I had that after I had to wipe my phone once. I contacted support and they completely removed the authenticator from my account. After that I could just link it again
Yeah I had issues with this. The only way to get it sorted is through a support ticket. Just fill out all the information you can in the ticket, serial code, character name etc etc, and then CS should be able to help. I think this is done by unlinking the authenticator from their end so you can just basically link it as new. Took them 17 minutes to get it sorted from when I sent in the ticket, so I think it’s a quick fix, so long as you’re clear about the problem in the description.
