Q:

So if I am correct then SuperSampling is rendering the image at 4k, then downsampling it to 1080p to make it extra sharp correct? (assuming you are using at 1080p monitor). Does this only work with 1080p monitors or lower? I have a 4k monitor and I don’t see a performance hit between native and supersampling (average 50fps).

We have no idea what they mean by this. Rendering at a higher res and down sampling to the display res is a old, slow form of AA. We don’t know if the resolution is fixed or a multiple of the display resolution.
