Guild Wars 2

I was playing the game normally, with no problems, when the power goes out in my building. It was only out for less than a minute, so I turn my computer back on, load up Guild Wars 2, and a pop-up appears that says, “Repairing Data Archive…”

What does this mean? Is something wrong with my game? I have never experienced this problem before, even in Beta. Please help me. Thank you

its doing a check of the .Dat file to make sure nothing got corrupted and if it did, It will repair it for you. Its a check to make sure everything works.

I’m getting this too, except before it can complete, it crashes. I’m just about at the end of my rope..
