My partner has forgotten her Password and when she clicks the forgot password link on the launcher it says not available?

how is she meant to reset her password so she can play again?

Brilliant isn’t it. So you make a typo in remaking your password and you’re unable to play for days. Been waiting about 24 hours to reset my password. Wonder how much longer it’l take.

Who knows how long this will take… My boyfriend has been waiting 7 days now to reset his password.
