So with the help of a cousin from Germany i was able to buy the game for my girlfriend.

Now ofc after the payment authorization failed problem, i have one more. Does the account register automaticaly on the e-mail adress that the serial code is sent to? Cause her serial number is already used on my e-mail adress, and while that’s not so bad, we have no idea what the password is.

But now you are gonna say “hey there lover boy…but why not just reset the password?instead you complain on the forum”

That is a great question…and i would do that…IF I COULD.

I go to “lost password” page, write the e-mail, it takes me to another page where it asks me to write the e-mail again, the serial number i got for the game, and a character name from the account. Now…ofc there is no character on the account seeing how she never got online. But after i write down the email and the code again i get this beauty "An error has occurred. Please contact Support. "

Is it a general problem? or does God hate me that much for not going to church anymore?

any input here could be AWESOME.

The account uses the email the account Serial Key was registered to, not the email ‘it’ was sent to. Your girlfriend (or you) should have registered the account, and chosen the email (account name) at that time.

As for the issue with resetting the password, you will need to request assistance from the CS Team (as instructed). Top of Page – Support – Submit a Request. (Make sure to choose an option from all drop-down menus.) Your girlfriend, and only your girlfriend will need to contact support and discuss her issue(s) with a Team member.
