Response time?
Keep in mind that there are very many new people right now and many people seems to have issues, which can increase response time.

Thanks I will post there, however the fact that thread was created almost a year ago and has been active ever since lends itself away from being able to attribute the problem with current new players due to the recent sale and announcement of the expansion. It appears that it is more of an ongoing issue.
Oh, I was just pointing out that it might take some EXTRA time now.
I would say the “ongoing issue” is simply the massive amounts of tickets they get overall. They just get even more right now.
It is also rather unusual for it to take more than 3 days to get the response (at least in my experience, have taken a day or two every time I have been in contact with support).

The majority of those posts are people looking at getting their account unbanned, I wouldn’t really assume they take priority over people with actual issues.

Some of those banned accounts are due to hacked accounts. Those are actual issues.
Tickets are answered in a first come, first serve manner.
The last time I had an issue it took a little over two weeks for them to respond. :|
