When I bought the game online I didn’t save my serial code anywhere. I know, my bad.
Anyway, is there any way to retrieve it in case I forget my password or something. I want to do this because the other day I forgot my newly changed password and I realized that I had a problem there.
I finally figured it out and remembered my pw, but this could’ve ended up very bad for me.

The glory of my ancestors shall be restored.

I don’t think you can “retrieve” it. If you buy it from GW2 site, you can try to contact support and ask them about it. If you got it from other retailer, contact them about it.

It makes sense there is no way to retrieve it through account. That way, hackers can’t claim they own the account via that route.
