It appears this is a new ticket. You need to wait 3 days for a response from the support team. If you have not received a response in 3 days, then you make a post in the 3 days or older thread at the top of the forum.
Creating a ticket then immediately posting it in the forum for review is not the way to get help and is discouraged.
