Hello, i play on EU server and recently i have been constantly routed via gtt.net provider which is horrendous as far as connection stability goes (80% package loss, constant latency spikes to a point where connection is completely lost that i get routed via different provider, aorta.net, for few sec and then get routed via gtt again).

Is there way to change routing path? Because the game is obviously unplayable under such conditions.

I thought anet didn’t allow those?

gather all the evidence you can and contact your isp. Anet does not route you through gtt.net, your isp does.

failing that route, you could try using a vpn, like Battleping, WTFast, or freevpn to try and force a different route.

They are allowed. You can, if desired, use Google to search for the Dev quote that states so.

Thanks for answer, i will check it out. I did write to ISP but they weren’t so interested in answering so far :/
