So my friend with the account name “Andy Rymz.7518” is locked out of his account, he changed his old phone where he enabled the SMS-authentication, then changed to another phone but forgot to direct the authentication to the new phone.
Says he submitted a ticket about it but would like to inquire here if there’s anything more to be done about this matter.

EDIT: MATTER RESOLVED, SUPPORT GOT HIM HIS ACCOUNT BACK, CAN LOCK/DELETE THIS THREAD.
