I would like to know how long do i have to wait for a reply from support team about this ? its nearly 12h now and i was just wondering how long more should i have to wait…

I got new network provider which means i have to get new sms with code, but problem is that i lost that number a while ago and i completly forgot that i set this up… so now naturally i cant play on my new internet and i have to play on old one which i get DC,crash etc every 20-40 mins. Anyone had same situation? how long have to wait till support will actually reply or take off the authentication ?

Based on my few interactions with the ticket system, I normally get a reply in 3-5 days. These were for non-urgent issues though.

The support team works at resolving tickets in 72 hours or less. It seems at times they might run a bit behind. If you have not received a response after 72 hours you can post your ticket number in the tickets for review thread located at the top of this forum.
