Hello I have another copy of the game … well actually we have 4 in the house which I bought… but my other account was compromised.
I submitted the ticket on 09/01/12
and I got an answer on September 3rd I was very happy, but 2 different reps answered my account compromise issue within 10 minutes of one another… and I think this might have caused and issue because neither temporary password they stated would work for the account is working.
My support ticket is 120901-010517 I have since made different Tickets which would be considered duplicate posts I apologize about this but I was following the instructions on the “state of the game” page on wiki. Please reset my password for the account as they have already secured it… but have somehow given me the wrong password.

Any hope support can at-least get wind of this? All I need a Password Reset at this point…. please? pretty please?

Have you updated your ticket to say what you need. I’d go back to the oldest, put in the new/revised request, and close the newer ticket.

Thanks for the reply and all your efforts….
In answer to your question I posted twice in my original ticket the same day that the issue had not been resolved because of the passwords given to me by the 2 representatives were not working.
Also, I would be willing to close out my other tickets but do not see an option on how to do so on my side.

I think one of the issues might be one of the reps changed my ticket tittle to “Access restored” thinking that he had fixed my issues.
Unfortunately for me the issue had not been resolved.
