Make a copy of the GW2.dat file somewhere safe and then delete the Guild Wars 2 folder/application. Download the installer from the main website and begin the installation again. You can stop it once it starts downloading all the game files and just put the gw2.dat that you backed up inside the folder to replace the new one that the installer has created. It might just be that the game is looking for something in the wrong place?
How many SATA slots do you have and which one did you plug it in to? What kind of motherboard do you have?
Seeing as you just copied the files over it may be worth running a game repair (https://help.guildwars2.com/entries/28148006-Repairing-the-Game-Client).
Done the repairs : Didnt change anything.
