Hello guys,

i am a new player that started today playing Guild Wars 2, i’ve bought it today.
Now i just reconized that everytime i create a new character the screen flickers blue.
The screen is everytime flickering blue.

What can i do about this problem?

You can start by telling us what hardware you are running the game on that is causing said issue. You’ll want to make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. I can point you in the right direction if you let me know what graphics card and operating system you have/run on.

Wow, wait what you mean with Graphics drivers? I’ve got an Windows 7 Acer 64 bit.
More i can’t say, or don’t know where to look it up, i am not really good with computers. I just play Guild Wars 2…. So a little more info would be great.

Yes Nvidia i’ve got, saw it before on my computer. Going to sleep right now, i will answer the other questions you will send tomorrow. Please help me! I really love the game but the flickering have to stop.

Since you have Windows 7, you can follow these instructions to get us the information we need:
-At the normal desktop state, hit the Windows key to bring up the stuff inside the Windows menu.
-Type ‘dxdiag’ without the quotes, then hit enter.
-A new window appears with loads of information, hit the button labeled ‘Save All Information…’ and save the resulting .txt somewhere so you can find it.
-Upload the .txt file generated from this so we can look at it.
