Guild Wars 2

Hello! I am having a problem with screenshotting. When I press Print Screen, I can paste the screencap in Paint or something, but nothing actually saves in the Screens Folder. I just built this new computer, and didn’t have this issue on GW2 on my old machine. The folder mapping is the same, but still nothing saving. I also used to get the yellow text in the chat box saying the screenshot was saved, that is not popping up either anymore. I’ve tried it in windowed and fullscreen, doesn’t work in either. Any suggestions appreciated!

Check your keybindings/rebind print screen.

Open up the settings menu in game (F11) then go to the keybindings section and make sure that the shortcut for screenshot is set to the Print Screen button.
