Hi,

I unlocked part 1 (Gates of Maguuma) just on its release day. I’ve been on vacation now until yesterday. So I played the story of part 1 and finished it. I’m still in the window for part 2 (Entanglement) unlock. But it still says I need to buy gems to unlock part 2. I received the mail that I finished part 1 and today is the last day for part 2 – yet it does not unlock (relog did not work, nor exit and reboot).

Any hints? This evening part 3 already goes live…don’t want to buy 200 gems just to experience the living story content of week 2 :-/

Submit a ticket to Support as it is likely only they can help you.

Services (top of this page) > Support > Submit a Ticket (top right of Support page).

I would suggest getting a ticket put in before the update drops today (if possible).

EDIT: It’s possible that the cutoff for the LS2 E2 unlock was Server reset yesterday, so you might have just missed it but I’d suggest opening a ticket anyway.

Are you sure you are in the window? The window may have closed on reset of the 28th (Monday).

The window does close at reset on the Monday before…which is 00:00 UTC Tuesday. Unfortunately, you have missed the ‘free unlock’ window.

It works like Monthlies do, and ends at reset (of the day before) which is the beginning of patch day.
