No, my graphics card isn’t overheating, temps are fine, this is the only game it happens on and some days it does, some days it doesn’t, happens to almost any textures at random. Goes away if i point my camera a certain angle, sometimes it affects almost everything on the map

Just a note, its not a overheating issue, I can tell from the screen shot alone you are running an ATI card on Windows 8, as ive seen others with the exact same problem on these forums, from what some are saying a GFX driver update has fixed this problem for some,

As I don’t run ATI nor windows 8, I cant really give any more advice, hopefully some of the ATI/Win 8 users can give more info on this problem/fix for you.

Well that is very much true, i dont think any driver update has fixed this, ive done multiple since I built this computer, if anyone can point me to a specific version that works I would appreciate it a lot

Have you tried installing the DirectX End-User Runtime?

I had to install this for another game before GW2 released. Can’t remember which one since Sacred 2 required a special Nvidia driver and I had Aion, Lineage II, Forsaken World, and Perfect World before GW2 and I had to install the run-time to make one of them work.

Negative on that, already have it installed. Issue is reoccurring upon launching the game today, and I’m on an AMD 7970
