Guild Wars 2

So yeah I reluctantly bought HoT because I wasn’t positive I’d continue with GW2 but ended up really liking it again. The end result? The 50$ serial code I bought from an official retailer(Brand new) isn’t recognized by the system. At this point though, I’m beginning to want a refund for both HoT and the core game.

Have to make support ticket. Link top of page. Or talk to retail store you buy it from if not from Anet store.

I’m sure you re-checked your code incase you typo’d. Just don’t keep entering it over and over, else they might block you from the system.

I had the same issue and that solved it
