The servers crashed around 1 hour ago. This message was posted before the current connection issues related to the following error message:
Connection failed. Please try again.

Error code: 3022:1002:3:2863
Can we get a status update on this specific problem that is affecting a large number of people? Its difficult to understand why there is no clear answer for this when the rest of my guild is in game waiting on me.

As I posted that response, the login screen let me in. So I can confirm that those with the error codes are getting back in game, just slowly.

Same error. Was not even in game today, the first time I try to log in (about an hour ago) and I am getting this error. My mate is sitting here however playing just fine albiet he has been disconnected a few times but gets right back in. This is frustrating to say the least as for many people Sunday is the only day we have to play.

Me too, and doesn’t help my frustration when someone said it was up try again and it still isn’t working. Adding to that my boyfriend and one of his friends (and a guild member) were on with me and we were doing the new dungeon when it crashed and we all had the same error, but they got in and here it is 3 hours later, and I still can’t…

Also been having this error for about an hour now. Completely unable to log in. I was just outside Divinity’s Reach at the TP when I got disconnected.
EDIT – I’m now able to log in.

I was with a group of people in the Queensdale graveyard when the server crashed. The other 4 players in my group are back in game with no issues, I cannot connect and have this error message. So that shows that it has nothing to do with location in game. There have been reports of people in the same house getting certain accounts logged in, but not others, this means that it is not a location issue outside of game. So that only leaves a server side issue.
