Guild Wars 2

For the last month I have had connection issues to the servers . (EU)
I have either had (code=7:11:3:189:101) or (code=42:1000:9001:4105:101).
My location is in South Africa, which may have some part in my issues.

This only seems to happen in the times of low activity, and fixes itself in the evening.
Others seem to have (code=42:1000:9001:4105:101) in peak hours.
When playing outside of peak hours, joining a party/speaking in a party will sometimes have a full minute delay, same goes for speaking in guild chat.
I may not have issues playing normally, but when I go in a dungeon, it is unplayable.
Logging in takes 30 seconds, but I still manage to log in but have connection issues.

It is when switching to my second character, I seem to have even worse connection issues, resulting in (code=7:11:3:189:101) after about a minute. I manage to load npcs and players around my character, but that is all. I am unable to do anything else but move around. I can’t even use a skill or manage my inventory. I then get the error.

To summarize, I get connection issues outside of peak times and the issues are worse with one character than another. This might be due to my location but I would like to know if there are others with the same problem.
