There was some sort of server rollback…..

so after i patched up.. i decided to go make my endless tonics since wintersday is ending soon..

i finally made my endless princess tonic… and then received the message “lost connection to server” etc.

i quickly relogged back in..

unfortunately i didn’t get screenshot of when i made the tonic but i did scroll back up in my “combat” chat, to show that i did get the tonic..

(i have my doll frame again..)

now.. i’m back to trying to get the tonic again… fml

I’ve lost quite a few exotics that way, even a precursor early on when they were only worth about 100g.

I think I’ve seen about 10 instances where the game crashed and everyone rolled back.

There’s nothing they can do or so they keep saying.
