Hello. So i was the one who posted the last topic about hacked account i managed to login after multiple attempts… so here is the thing since i got hacked and i lost everything and the hacker changed my char to an American server i would like to ask you if you can change me back to my server…

I think you will have to do it on your own. If the server is full, you will have to wait till it’s open for transfer.

As for lost items, they don’t have the tool to restore them yet.

We would not be able to move you to a different server, but you can do so through the game interface.

ok i got it… but the server change is 7 days now right? Why do i have to wait 7 days?
