Guild Wars 2

So as the title says, my brother’s GW2 account was hacked and we have only after 1 month just managed to log into it, we change the password of his GW2 account, changed his Gmail password as well as setting up two step verification , After this he is still trying to connect to the account but we keep pressing disconnect.

After Changing the password it works for about 5 minutes and is then changed again. How is this even possible also GW2 Mobile authentication is setup…

That IP is hard to evaluate when we don’t know where it is in relation to you. Same state? Same country? Different country? IPs will be within a range and the area can be pretty large.

It could be a keylogger on his computer or maybe it’s the ‘game forgets password’ bug.
