Guild Wars 2

I just made an upgrade from a crappy Zotac Geforce GT240 GPU to a
Gigabyte GTX650 2GB Overclocked edition for $60 dollars on sale
I still want higher FPS while having high/ultra settings.
I heard Guild wars 2 is VERY heavy on CPU
For my CPU i currently have an: AMD FX 4130 Black Edition 3.8/3.9 GHZ Quad-Core
I bought it for $40
Would a better GPU or CPU give me a bigger FPS gain?

upgrade your CPU to an intel i5 from Haswell (socket 1150), youll also need a new Motherboard.

the GTX560 is more then enough power for this game. But your FX4130 is not.
