Shut Down !
You should really read some of the other threads about this, I know I’ve personally commented on several already as have many others. There are a lot lately, just look through the first few pages here. Definitely could be overheating though.
Also, we would need a lot more info
Do you have a crash log?
And if it is overheating, is it a desktop or laptop? Are they free of dust?
@Kyllaa I searched but I haven’t found anything good.
@Sandra I use a PC(I said it there) and yes,it’s free of dust.

There are different temp program’s online but I’m not sure which one is best.

Hi Zippy – In order to help you we’ll need some more info. How often does your PC shut down when playing Guild Wars 2? How long are you able to play before this happens? Does your PC simply power off or do you get any kind of error message when this happens?
Also, if you’re able to post your full system specs or attach a Game Advisor report to the thread (you can find info on how to do so in the sticky thread regarding contacting support) this would be much more helpful.
The more information that you’re able to provide the more quickly and efficiently we’ll be able to provide some sort of feedback.
Hello and thanks for your help.Before it shuts down I can play like 20mins.It doesn’t give any error before shutting down.Just completly shuts down.It happends often.Today I was in the new dungeon and I had to leave my party 3 times,because it shutted down.

Hi Zippy – My first thought is this could be either heat or an issue with your power supply unit. The only issue I saw in the Game Advisor report is that you are missing the SP1 Windows update. I would recommend updating this and then doing a clean installation of your video card drivers as there are some newer ones available. While this likely isn’t the cause of the issue, it could be a contributing factor and if anything, applying these updates should at least improve in-game performance for you.
I would like for you to try monitoring your CPU and GPU temperature while playing the game. There are multiple programs available to do this, and one example is “SpeedFan.”
If you wish to use SpeedFan (not supported by NCSOFT or ArenaNet) please download it at the following URL:
http://www.almico.com/sfdownload.php On this page, click the blue link that says “SpeedFan 4.47” and install it.
Regardless of which program you use to monitor the temperatures, please try playing the game in windowed mode and monitor the CPU temperature while playing the game. Please take a screenshot of the program’s readings.

Hey Zippy – Thanks for the screenshot and the Game Advisor report! From what I can tell this doesn’t appear to be an overheating issue but very likely hardware based. And so, I’d really recommend creating a Technical Support ticket so we can better assist you one on one and narrow down the cause of your system shut down.
