Posting this on here maybe I will get faster responses then once every four days. So like so many others my acount was hacked, this was 15 days ago now. They attempted to restore my account but as soon as I change my password and go to log my account is locked for suspicious activity. They suggest I change the email for my account name so I give them a new one, and finally 4 days later I get a response. A kitten cookie cutter, copy and paste response about account security tips, and if I still needed help to respond and update my ticket…really?! I mean I have never seen custom service this bad or slow. My bet is I wont get a response from them until the 20 day mark. All this could be avoided if they any type of decent account security standard in most of todays MMO’s. I have never had an account hacked before today, with the exception of Aion…oh look another arenanet game. At least I have Borderlands 2.

Posting here on forums will not accelerate the answer and the solution to your issue. Our customer support team will answer to your ticket as soon as possible regarding the large amount of requests they have at the moment.
