Guild Wars 2

Does anybody know about the size of the patch? I’ve been downloading it for a few hours now and it’s been stuck on 2 files remaining with over 1k MB downloaded. A friend told me the download was about 500 mb total, so I’m wondering whether something is wrong on my end or if it’s just my slow connection (roughly 10 – 60 kb/s).

your not the only one whos been reporting some wierd times downloading. Hopefully a red post can awnser yah. But first id suggest putting in a ticket just in case. There should be a section that applies.

Thanks. I thought it was a bit weird that only the last 2 files have taken 5+ hours. I’ll put in a ticket like you suggested and hope it works out.

Mine was only 560MB I think and that was after the fix patch. NA English version.

Yeah, I’ve downloaded well over 2gb at this point. It’s stuck on 2 files no matter what I do.
Seems like every update there’s some problem or another with installation.

Id…honestly consider reinstalling if its having that much of an issue and someone in tech doesnt get back to ya within 24 hours.
