Guild Wars 2

Hi, I am not getting any help from any of the other channels so I will post here.. I am reluctant too because I usually don’t get many hits here.

Anyway.. I am a Charr race. Whenever I try to use a skill.. I get horrible delay.. Specifically with PvP/WvW. Example would be swinging a weapon (sword) and I will get out attacked by a mace attack response wise. I will have skills cancel out on me and even outright miss.

I have a strong net so it isnt me.. I hope.. What is happening? It takes me a full 3 seconds for my Charr to pick up the banners I drop. This does not happen on any of my other races.

yeah, there is something strange going on with lag. if you open a support ticket they will tell you it is packet loss and to contact your ISP, but i have experienced the same lag using 2 different ISP’s (i play on a laptop). i did hop on today and did not experience the lag so maybe things are getting better? anyway it all started about 2 weeks ago, i was going to try being a guest on another american server and see if that clears things up, but i did not have time to play much. i am also a Charr.

Did you seriously go to your friends house and play?

Btw, I am having the same problem. My apartment ISP is having issues while my slow internet at my mom house is working just fine.
