Hi everyone, I have some questions about the download time of this current feature patch. For some reason, it took me an unusually long time to download this (in terms of speed, not content.) I recorded the time it took me to download from 50% to 100%. For 156MB, I downloaded at an average speed of ~0.60 kb/s to 0.65 kb/s. During this time, however, I was peaking as high as 2 MB/s and as low as ~10kb/s.

After the download was complete, I conducted a speed test and it recorded my download speed at 1.9MB/s. However, what causes such drastic speed times? It seems I was downloading at a much slower rate than what my internet speed actually is. Is there something I should look into to fix this issue or is this normal?

I am experiencing the same issue.

I can download other things fine, my connection is fine, I even took down my firewall and all other internet security. I have had no issues downloading any other patch in the past.

Whats going on?
