Hi, I was wondering if there were any exceptions to the soulbound rules between characters. I have an item on a character I no longer desire to use. Is there any way I can have an item made to account bound for a different character of mine on the same account? Doesn’t hurt to ask.

You can’t unbind the hole item. The most you can do is unbind the skin by transmuting it with white rarity item which will make it account bound.
