I get this sometimes when I am doing WvW. I’ve not had this happen anywhere else in the game. While doing it, sound will not output anywhere else on my computer, but after closing GW, normal sound functionality is restored.
I got this while fighting a dragon today, so it certainly is not specific to WvW. I have never gotten this bug before today.
I’ve had this issue happen many times within the last week. It’s happened while in Lion’s Arch, WvW, Dungeons, and out in the world as well.. Pretty much anywhere, this same issue is happening to me.
