I’ve searched the forums for a while now, and I haven’t been able to find a solution to this problem. But sound in cinematics – ALL kinds of cinematics – is very low. Almost muted, even though I have proper sound in the rest of the game.

To be honest it is very immersion breaking to suddenly watch an action cut-scene (like Rytlock’s return from the Mists in the first HoT story instance). I’ve tried to adjust my sound settings in the game to no avail.

I use a Steelseries Sibera 3v Prism headset.

Make sure your Operating System option selection, your in-game Options selection and your physical audio equipment all match.

I’m guessing you tried to max it?

The volume sliders seem to apply twice to pre-rendered scenes. You need to max the master volume and instead control it through Windows.
