Guild Wars 2

I just bought a new laptop a week or two ago. Downloaded GW2 and was all ready to play but as soon as I got in I noticed it was laggin like crazy no matter where I go. Which is kind of crazy cuz my old laptop which had lower specs ran GW2 like a champ. So I want to know is my Radeon R5 not supported or what is preventing GW2 from running smoothly.

Processor: AMD A-8 7050 Radeon R5, 6 Compute Core 2C+4G
Processor Speed: 2.20 GHZ
Memory: 8 GB

It’s a 1 module/ 2 “core” AMD APU. I would not expect beyond minimal settings and even that your FPS won’t be all that great.

What was your older laptop’s specs? You might have actually downgraded.
