Sprites loading problem with ati 5770: suggest me

So hi there.
I am using AMD Athlon II X4 620 with ati 5770 video card, 8GB ram.
Playing GW2 was ok unless i try to do WvW or Dragon events.
In both those cases i have huge delay loading other ppl sprites , and that leads me ending up inside zerg before i even knwo they are there.
Ah yes i play on Sony HD tv 32" in 1920:1080
So i need help to try fix this somehow .
My idea is to go with one of those :
Gigabyte gtx 560 or gigabyte ati radeon 6870
What would you guys say , wil lthis help me or maybe ill need more.
Since my current budget is cc 250 euro i need solution with taht if possible ofc
