Guild Wars 2

I’m using a Mac computer. The GW2 Beta has been installed for some time now, but recently I encountered a minor error that prevents me from entering the complete program. When I load GW2 from the initial icon the screen cannot achieve the “Full-Screen” experience. It blacks out the entire screen. The mouse icon is the GW2 arrow that when I highlight over where my character should be turns to a grabbing hand. The computer fan turns on high, but there is no music and no picture. I can drag the mouse across the screen, but I cannot go within about 1.5 inches from the screen margins. It is square shaped on a rectangular screen. I don’t know how to fix this, but I have tried to reinstall the game and run a repair. Neither worked. I would deeply appreciate some help. Thank you!

I had a similar problem with an old monitor I had, it turned out that it was the screen resolution the game was on wasn’t supported by the monitor so it flipped out at me and refused to co-operate, I had to hook it up to my tv switch all the resolution for game etc to minimum then go back on it via pc and set it correctly on my new monitor.
