A message from the Customer Support Team:

With the announcement of Path of Fire, we’ve seen a lot of excitement about the game! With that, ticket volumes have increased. We wanted to let you know that the turn-around time for CS ticket responses may be longer than normal.

If you have submitted a ticket, the team will get back to you as quickly as possible, but it may take an extra day or two to do so. Please remember to not submit duplicate tickets for the same issue, because that will only delay our response to your need or concern. Please also remember when you submit a ticket to include as many details as you can about the issue you are experiencing. For instance, if you are receiving an error message, please include the exact message or error code. If you are having account access issues, provide as many details as you can to identify yourself and your account.
