Guild Wars 2

I have been trying for almost a month now and still cant log in. Everytime I put my pw in at the log in screen anet says no and wont let me in. It will not let me take a pic to show the same error message. How am I suppose to play when anet comes up everytime, cant you do something

If you can log in here then you should be able to contact support, and use print screen and paste a screen shot somewhere and send it to them.

I have tried to print the screen and it wont let me. I can log in here, but I cant log into the game, anet keeps kicking me out.
