Posting this for a friend because he is unable to.

Orginal Ticket was opened 31st August.
Prioritized the 7th September.

My first account was hacked. After a ticket it was said to be accessible, which it was not. In the process of fixing this issue my second accounts e-mail was changed, with no information given and is now not accessible.

Yes, if both tickets are for the same thing I would suggest making sure both tickets have the same information in them and make sure the ticket number is in both so that it makes it easier for them to close out both once one is resolved
