I’ve got the exact same issue, and my tickets only one day younger then yours so this gives me hope!
even though you closed my post i say thank you for helping gayle you dont know what its like to wait 12 days , i only got to play 10 hours :/
My ticket was in waiting status and now is in “updated” but the only thing that has happened is the title has been corrected…
*waits patiently… I am sure the billing team is close to a resolution… although I wouldn’t complain if a well known mod got me an awesome update
