I still need help getting the wanderers exotic insignia recipe. I have sent tickets that have not been confirmed and get blamed for this not happening. i am getting accused of not doing things right on my end. I am now being censored.

Deleting everthing on the forum that i post is not going to fix the issue. I need to talk to someone at Anet that cares that they may lose a huge customer. I am not happy with the customer service I have received. All past issues have been resolved. I have been playing guild wars since GW1. I have a guild of over 400 right now. I am known well within my server. I don’t appreciate how i am being treated.

You thread was probably removed because you kept spam it with post and refuse to listen to advice give to you by other. Again if you submit a ticket have to wait for answer. If you submit a ticket and never get auto respond email review this thread and sticky about that.

If after 72 hour no respond to you ticket can post ticket number in this thread for review.

Post here will not speed up you ticket review. Customer ticket review in order Anet get them. Also like I say you admit submit more than one ticket in other thread. This slow response.

Problem is I have a ticket number without a ticket. I am getting nothing from Anet except return messages from old tickets. is there a way to know that it is actually being handled? In two days ill go through that process. I can only hope my ticket actually exists. TY!

If you have ticket number then it exist. Still should review sticky thread about not get email to make sure you email is set to get email from Anet.

Since the dc issue has not been addressed in ds why should I ever waste two hours again doing something mind numbing boring and pointless as ds? Why not let WVW players have an option? Why not fix the game so there are no issues. Instead of adding new broken content why not fix old broken content first?
