I have, and I don’t have any of those services. I received their initial support ticket, then they announced to move it up to a senior support staff for further evaluation and assistance.
I’m bummed. I haven’t been able to access my GW1 account for years now because my parents weren’t so keen on gaming and I was a kid when I got this game. Now the information they need is thrown out by my parents (serial keys) and purchase info is gone (did a fresh install on my computer and my parents credit cards were used with purchases when I was younger).

Hmmm. Even though it’s a Guild Wars 1 ticket and this is a Guild Wars 2 forum, why don’t you update your ticket once more, just to get it to attention there and maybe get it out of inactive status if that’s the problem, and post your ticket number here at Tickets for review-3 days and older so Gaile can look at it.
From what you said, it’s possible that you don’t have the necessary information to reclaim your account. I guess you don’t remember the email and password? Any characters names?

I managed to find ONE access key that my mother did not throw away so I sent that into my e-mail reply…
Bleh sometimes I wish I was a bit smarter when I was a kid.
