Still no Deluxe Edition Items on pre-purchased subscription

I pre-purchased prior to launch a Deluxe Edition copy and have never received my Deluxe Edition items. I have not deleted them and have not deleted a single toon they have never been sent.
I was notified through my support ticket I would receive these item within 24 hours of mail client being fixed and days after I still have not received them and cannot access the mistfire wolf elite skill.

Same here for me, I upgraded my account via the Gem Store and I still don’t have the Mistfire Wolf (lvl34 here)
