Guild Wars 2

So all of my friends have gotten their HoM rewards and I still have not got it.

Support has answered my ticket, but only with a simple copy pasta answer..

How long do I need to wait? Made the ticket like 2 days after release.

A few things to check that might help:

1. GW1 and GW2 accounts linked properly?
2. Signed into GW1 recently?

The second fixed a lot of HoM related issues for myself and guild members when we weren’t receiving our own rewards. It might, with some luck, help you too.

Sadly if the above doesn’t work I’m at a loss as to what would fix the problem for you. Best of luck.

I have the same problem- i linked the GW1 &2 accounts but when i am in HOM i don’t have the option to chose the rewards i am(i hope at least) entitled to(according to the HOM wiki i have 3 points due to the linked accounts). am i missing something?

I to am having the same issue with no HoM rewards. I have submitted a ticket on the 27/08 stating that in my HoM calculator i have the 3 points for linking my accounts. I have also tried logging into gw1 with my old account and then back into gw2. But still no luck. My support ticket is 120827-008218 and i have had no response what so ever.

Guys keep in mind the HOM Calculator will show ANY valid guild wars 1 character name with at LEAST 3 points. The calculator ASSUMES you’ve properly linked the accounts. If they are properly linked you will log in to both of them using the SAME information if you use different information they are not properly linked.

So make sure you go to My Account and click link accounts and link them.

I will ask a friend who doesn’t have GW 1 and see if he’s able to get the stone and interact with the vendor. If so it may be a case of you just not linking accounts.

go to L.A go get the HoM transfer thingy, double click it, go to HoM, walk down into the propper HoM and talk to the guy on the lilly pad, grab your stuff from him
