it means the client cannot access the local.dat file in the location it expects it to be in.
have you customised your user profile path?
It sounds like your asking me to fix a problem?
This is a problem others have posted about in the past few weeks starting with European servers and no I have never done anything regarding my user profile path. Some more information would be acceptable?
