Guild Wars 2

I have posted this months ago, and havent seen any diffrence. I have seen a slight diffrence in fps throughout the game, but after I am downed or revived from death my fps drops signifigantly. I dont understand why this happens. Since Ive played gw2 this has been going on, that is to say since it was in beta. I thought the issue would go away, but it still remains. System specs are as follows
3930k
evga gtx 690
rampage 4 extreme
16gb corsair platinum

Use some monitoring tools to see what system changes occur when you go down or get revived. (See Part 4.1)
