Guild Wars 2

This reward popup won’t go away after clicking accept. I don’t know what to do here. I tried logging out, porting maps, going to Heart of the Mists, WvW. I’m at a loss.

Did you click on (choose) one of the rewards before clicking accept?

I have this same issue. And yes I’ve choosen a reward before I accept. And the pop-up wont go away. So no gameplay until they fix this.

I know it’s a silly question; was just thinking maybe the OP got in a hurry and didn’t read it – I know I’ve done that a few times.

And it have still not been fixed.

One of my toons is also stuck on a reward dialogue. I have a support request open. The pop-up goes away in HotM. I have reproduced the problem on a Mac (10.9) and a Windows 7 64 bit PC.
It would be great to get this fixed. My lowbie healer just joined a guild and can’t progress.

EDIT: The reward items and coin look the same as the one in RockSteady’s screen shot.
EDIT: I have selected a reward and clicked the Accept button. I have varied which reward I choose.

This may be a bug but we’re still looking into it. For those of you experiencing this issue could you please submit a support ticket?

After the game update around the end of the week, I was able to accept the reward.
