All my chars are stuck loading in either LA or Rata Sum. My internet connection is fine. Ive turned my graphics to a minimum, but nothing is helping.

I’m stuck downloading in the launcher screen….0.0kb…..yet my internet is fine. I reload it, it shoots up then drops to 0.00kb…
finally just loaded in, while at 0.00.
