Hi guys I’ve been having problems logging in Hoelbrak during three days, and since then three of my characters are stuck in the loading screen for Hoelnrak. When I try to access them the game gives me crash. In short I can not get into Hoelbrak and play with these characters. What should I do?

That really sounds like a bug of some kind. I haven’t seen anybody else in the forums complaining about it, so it’s not a common one. First thing you can do is contact support and put in a ticket. I would also make a thread in the Game Bugs forum. See if anyone there can help you. This forum is more for people who get banned or suspended.

Perhaps its just that instance of Hoelbrak that is giving you issues. Try guesting to another server and hop on your character and see what happens.
