Guild Wars 2

Trying to get to cursed shore but can’t get past the loading screen. Can hear background sounds but never gets past the screen.
Have tried a -repair on the files but still stuck at this point, any ideas?

Well I got in, for 2 minutes then error code 7:11:3:189:101

I have the same problem just with the mists, all of my characters are there, so I can’t really play…
